COLLECTION at GALLERY M is a convenient method of finding works
that interest you, storing them for future review and simplifying
your collecting process. Existing GALLERY M fine art collectors
can even keep an online record of works in your actual collection.

What is different
by being a registered user?
MY COLLECTION allows you to browse the gallerym.com
site with some added features. The main difference is that under
each work that you view, you can quickly add the work under your
own, online profile at gallerym.com. Share
and avoid technicalities:
Because many of GALLERY M's collectors like
to have others (friends, family or colleagues) look at a specific
work before acquiring, MY COLLECTION users get to share works
without needing to write down long web links and without being
subject to copyright issues from our artists.
Personalized service:
MY COLLECTION also enables users to easily work
with GALLERY M consultants. Often times, our consultants will
share with you works and ideas that may not be part of gallerym.com's
regular web site. Your MY COLLECTION profile enables our consultants
to activate your personalized section for further review. Your
consultant will direct you to your FAST LINK so you can see various
works unavailable to the general online community.
Complementary features:
By registering and starting a MY COLLECTION
profile, you can receive GALLERY M's official newsletter, The
Art Quarterly, as well as special invitations to gallery openings
and artist events locally and nationally. (GALLERY M maintains
a strict privacy policy and does not disseminate our collector
information to third party direct mail campaigns).
What's Required?
To create a MY COLLECTION at gallerym.com click the words "my collection"
located in the upper right corner of any page. The first step is
to create a profile. Second use your registered email address and
password and log into your account.
Once logged on, your selections will display. To add a work to
your collection, find the +zoom icon located under any work or
book. Below each large image is a description of the work and
the words "Add To My Collection." After clicking this link, the
work is added and you are taken to MY COLLECTION with the work
displaying below.
Sharing a work with a friend, family member or colleague is just
as easy. Simply click +share and send the image to a valid email
address. (one email address per share).
Collecting the work or obtaining additional information on the
work is also one click away. Selecting COLLECT NOW from any image
will pre-fill your request for our fine art consultants to work
with you by phone and/or email.
Return to MY COLLECTION to add, share and collect at any time.
How do I remove a work
that I'm not interested in collecting?
From your MY COLLECTION account, choose
the image by clicking on - remove. The image will be removed and
the "Add To My Collection" link will return. If you are logged
in but not at your account start page, "Remove From My Collection"
will display on any work that you already have included. This
feature is only displayed when you are actively logged in at MY
COLLECTION.
How do I get
my forgotten password?
Your password is not known to any of our
consultants. So if forgotten simply visit the login page and choose
Forgot Password. The link will display a field for your account
email address. Within a few moments the password is sent to your
email address that you used at the time of registration.
What if I forgot
my email address or it is no longer valid?
Without a valid email address, GALLERY
M can not retrieve your account. You will have to start a fresh
MY COLLECTION profile. We're sorry for this but in our next version
this will be an improved feature. |
