GALLERY M have a return or exchange policy?
Yes. GALLERY M enables any GALLERY M collector
to return or exchange their work of art purchased from us up to
10 days after an initial acquisition. A full refund will be honored
less any shipping or handling fees. After the 10 day period, GALLERY
M collectors are allowed to use our "Trade-Up" program. The program
is in force for a full year after the initial purchase. To exchange
a work, the value of the new work must be at least 10% greater than
the original price paid. The difference is due at the time of the
exchange. Additional information can be found online under policies.
Does GALLERY M sell
works on behalf of collectors?
GALLERY M does assist collectors in selling
fine art, photography, sculpture and other works by our artists.
We do this through our MARKET

How are subscriptions
and recurring payments cancelled?
PayPal members may cancel individual subscribers from their
transaction history. After logging in to your paypal.com account,
follow these steps to cancel your subscription. A subscription
can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History tab.
3. Click the Details of the subscription in question.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
5. You have successfully cancelled the subscriber's subscription.
How do I get an
appraisal, insurance update or fair market value on my work of art?
GALLERY M is a primary dealer for the artists
who you see listed on our site. We only offer fair market value/insurance
updates for these artists, whether acquired from us directly or
not. While we would love to appraise your works, we simply leave

How does an artist
join GALLERY M?
GALLERY M enables artists, photographers
and sculptors to present to our collectors and participate in our
gallery by registering for either of our Online Artist Programs.
Formal representation in our main, Cherry Creek North, Denver gallery
occurs once a sales history through our website is established.
To determine which of our programs is best for you, visit our artist

How do I remove a work
that I'm not interested in collecting?
From your MY COLLECTION account, choose the
image by clicking on - remove. The image will be removed and the
"Add To My Collection" link will return. If you are logged in but
not at your account start page, "Remove From My Collection" will
display on any work that you already have included. This feature
is only displayed when you are actively logged in at MY COLLECTION.
How do I get
my forgotten password?
Your password is not known to any of our
consultants. So if forgotten simply visit the login
page and choose Forgot Password. The link will display a field
for your account email address. Within a few moments the password
is sent to your email address that you used at the time of registration.
What if I forgot
my email address or it is no longer valid?
Without a valid email address, GALLERY M
can not retrieve your account. You will have to start a fresh MY
COLLECTION profile. We're sorry for this but in our next version
this will be an improved feature. Top
